1. The service
SuburbDossier sells automatically generated property information reports ("dossiers") for Australian properties and suburbs, and operates a free email newsletter. Reports are general information only — see our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Delivery
Dossiers are delivered by email, normally within a few hours of purchase. If we cannot generate a meaningful report for the address you provided (for example, insufficient public data), we will refund you in full.
3. Refunds
If your dossier wasn't useful, tell us why within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase in full. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Acceptable use
Dossiers are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may share a dossier with your professional advisers. You may not resell, republish or systematically extract our reports or site data.
5. Accuracy
Reports are compiled from third-party public data which we do not control. We do not warrant completeness or accuracy, and you must verify material facts independently. See the Disclaimer.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
